Registration Instruction for Graduates who plan to attend the Commencement Ceremony

Class of 2022

  1. Congratulations to the Class of 2022. As you plan to attend the commencement ceremony, please make sure to complete all the necessary checklist items to make your experience memorable.
    • Record your profile
    • Add photo in JPEG format which is less than 20 MB.
    • Complete the questionnaire
    • Print your graduate id. with barcode
    • Bring your graduate id. to the rehearsal & the ceremony
  2. Bring their participant ID card on both rehearsal days and the commencement day. Graduates who cannot show their participant ID card may be not allowed to attend the ceremony.
  3. On the first rehearsal day,
    • Graduates should arrive before 8:30 AM for the morning rehearsal session, and 1:00 PM for the afternoon session.
